Swedish Massage
A relaxing and invigorating massage that affects the nerves, muscles, glands, and circulation, while promoting health and well-being.

Deep Tissue Massage
A massage technique that focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. Aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep pressure on the contracted areas.

NeuroMuscular Therapy

Pregnancy Massage
A Swedish technique that can help relieve pain in muscles and joints; increase flexibility; ease constipation, gas, and heartburn; reduce excess fluid and relieve headaches. A body support system called the bodyCushion is used to allow mother to lie on her belly even into the 9th month.

Ayurvedic Sacred Stone Therapy

A pick-me-up massage that feels good and promotes health. Great for the office, corporate meetings, and special events. Clients remain fully clothed. No oils are used. 10 – 20 minute increments.
